Jakarta, Wartacana.com — PT MRT Jakarta terus mengembangkan sistem pembayaran digital dengan mengimplementasikan QRIS-Tap sebagai alternatif pembayaran sejak Maret lalu. Meski menawarkan kemudahan bagi pengguna, sistem ini masih dalam tahap uji coba dan belum menunjukkan dampak signifikan terhadap efisiensi operasional maupun manajemen.
Efisiensi Di Lapangan
Frangky Ertanto, Head of Stakeholder Relationship Management Department PT MRT Jakarta, menyatakan bahwa penggunaan QRIS-Tap sudah menunjukkan keunggulan yang sama dengan kartu uang elektronik dari sisi kecepatan transaksi. “Secara kecepatan, baik QRIS-Tap maupun kartu uang elektronik memerlukan waktu sekitar 3 hingga 4 detik di gerbang penumpang,” ujarnya dalam wawancara bersama mahasiswa unsika (16/5/2025).
Berdasarkan data di lapangan, melihat bahwa masih sangat rendah jumlah pengguna QRIS-Tap membuat evaluasi dampak terhadap efisiensi waktu dan antrean menjadi belum relevan. “QRIS-Tap bukan sebagai variabel kunci sebuah efisiensi dalam mengurangi antrean, mengingat penggunanya yang masih sedikit membuat evaluasi masih berskala kecil,” jelasnya.
Respons Publik dan Keamanan Data
Terkait kepuasan masyarakat, MRT Jakarta mengandalkan pemantauan sentimen data percakapan di media sosial melalui fitur contact center. Namun, respons publik masih beragam. “Ada yang mengapresiasi, ada juga yang mempertanyakan urgensinya,” ungkap Frangky. Meski demikian, MRT Jakarta menegaskan bahwa keamanan data pengguna tetap menjadi prioritas. Sistem QRIS-Tap berada di bawah pengawasan Bank Indonesia dan wajib mematuhi Undang-Undang Perlindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP) yang mulai berlaku pada tahun 2022.
Kendala Teknis Masih Ditemukan
Dalam tahap uji coba ini, pihak MRT Jakarta mengakui adanya sejumlah kendala teknis, mulai dari bug pada perangkat pengguna hingga saldo terpotong namun gerbang tidak terbuka. Meski demikian, sistem pendukung seperti kualitas sinyal di stasiun bawah tanah dinilai sudah memadai. Mengenai frekuensi gangguan, Frangky menyebutkan bahwa secara rata-rata hanya terdapat 1 hingga 2 kasus gangguan transaksi QRIS-Tap setiap hari dari total sekitar 115.000 keterangkutan harian. “Angka kendala teknis yang terjadi hanya di bawah 1 persen,” katanya.
Dampak Operasional Dan Dukungan Kebijakan
Melihat dari sisi operasional, implementasi QRIS-Tap belum memberikan dampak nyata terhadap pengurangan beban kerja petugas maupun efisiensi jumlah tenaga kerja. Namun, pihak MRT tetap membuka ruang evaluasi seiring perkembangan jumlah pengguna QRIS-Tap kedepannya. “Kami terus mendukung kebijakan pemerintah dalam menciptakan ekosistem pembayaran digital yang inklusif dan sistematis di Indonesia,” tutupnya.
Suara Pengguna: Praktis tapi Perlu Perbaikan Jaringan
Maulidah Laily (21), salah satu pengguna MRT Jakarta, turut membagikan pengalamannya dalam menggunakan layanan dan fitur QRIS-Tap. Maulidah menggunakan MRT hampir setiap hari untuk keperluan bekerja dan berkunjung ke pusat perbelanjaan bersama teman-temannya. Ia mengaku sangat puas dengan fasilitas MRT Jakarta secara keseluruhan. “Rangkaian keretanya sangat nyaman, lingkungan sekitar bersih, dan petugasnya juga ramah,” ungkapnya.
Terkait penggunaan QRIS-Tap, ia menilai fitur ini sangat praktis karena tidak perlu mengisi saldo terlebih dahulu. “Lewat M-Banking saja sudah bisa langsung tap, jadi praktis banget,” ujarnya. Namun, ia juga mencatat adanya kendala kecil. “Sejauh ini aman dan lancar, tapi kadang kalau jaringan sedang mengalami error, loading-nya suka lama,” jelasnya. Ia berharap peningkatan jaringan dan sistem dapat dilakukan agar kenyamanan pengguna tetap terjaga.
