KKN Desa Kutawargi
Posyandu Remaja atau Pos Pelayanan Terpadu Remaja adalah sebuah wadah Pos Kesehatan Remaja yang memfasilitasi dalam memahami isu yang terjadi pada remaja selama masa puber yang ditujukan kepada siswa dan remaja pada umumnya.
Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan remaja secara menyuluruh, baik itu kesehatan fisik, mental, maupun sosial. Dengan adanya Posyandu diharapakan dapat memberikan edukasi dan informasi pada remaja tentang pola hidup sehat serta pentingnya menjaga kesehatan.
Posyandu Remaja dijalankan oleh kader remaja di daerah tersebut. Jumlah kader di setiap posyandu minimal 7 orang. Namun jumlah tersebut sangat fleksibel tergantung dengan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing posyandu. Adapun kriteria kader Posyandu Remaja, yaitu berusia 10-18 tahun, dan berdomisili di wilayah Posyandu Remaja berada.
Pada saat Posyandu Remaja juga dilakukan pemeriksaan meliputi pemeriksaan tekanan darah, pengukuran tekanan darah atau tensi, berat badan, tinggi badan, lingkar lengan dan juga pemberian KIE (Konseling, Informasi, dan Edukasi).
Posyandu Remaja Desa Kutawargi yang bekerjasama dengan Puskesmas Rawamerta merupakan langkah awal untuk menggerakkan para remaja agar aktif dalam melakukan pengecekkan kesehatan secara rutin sehingga angka stunting di Desa Kutawargi dapat terus menurun.
Kegiatan inisiasi pembentukan Posyandu Remaja di Desa Kutawargi yang diadakan pada tanggal 3-4 Juli 2024 yang dilaksanakan pada dua dusun berbeda yakni Sukawangi dan Kutajaya dengan partisipan kurang lebih 50 remaja putri. Posyandu Remaja diawali dengan kegiatan pendataan remaja berusia 10-18 tahun, lalu ada kegiatan pembukaan Posyandu Remaja secara resmi yang diawali dengan adanya sambutan oleh beberapa pihak seperti Kepala Desa, Kepala Dusun dan Pihak Puskesmas Rawamerta, selanjutnya remaja dikumpulkan untuk diberikan edukasi berupa sosialisasi yang disampaikan oleh Nayla Ramadhani, mahasiswi program studi Ilmu Gizi Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang.
Lalu, ia menjelaskan terkait alur dari Posyandu Remaja di Desa Kutawargi menggunakan meja. Pada meja pertama terdapat pendaftaran. Selanjutnya pada meja kedua, terdapat pengukuran tinggi badan dan berat badan. Lalu pada meja ketiga, berupa pelayanan pengecekan tensi darah dan juga pengukuran lingkar lengan. Pada meja terakhir adalah pemberian edukasi terkait gizi seimbang dan pemberian tablet tambah darah.
Terakhir musyawarah pembentukan kader Posyandu Remaja yang disepakati oleh seluruh remaja peserta posyandu, meliputi ketua, wakil ketua, sekretaris, dan bendahara serta seksi-seksi.
