Mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang menggelar program sosialisasi pencegahan stunting di Desa Ciwulan, Kecamatan Telagasari. Kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu dari program kerja utama yang diusung oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang guna mengupayakan mahasiswa untuk berkontribusi dalam menurunkan angka stunting di Indonesia, yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan serius di banyak daerah.
Acara sosialisasi ini melibatkan berbagai kegiatan edukatif dan intervensi kesehatan bagi masyarakat setempat. Salah satu teknis program yang dilakukan adalah penyuluhan mengenai pentingnya gizi seimbang bagi ibu hamil dan balita, yangdisampaikan oleh salah satu mahasiswa KKN UNSIKA Desa Ciwulan yaitu Nurfadia Alfisyahr dan dipandu oleh moderator yaitu Muhammad Azka Budiputra.

Selain penyuluhan, mahasiswa juga melakukan pengukuran berat dan tinggi badan balita untuk mendeteksi secara dini risiko stunting. Mahasiswa KKN UNSIKA Desa Ciwulan juga membagikan snack sehat dan susu sebagai untuk memberikan nutrisi tambahan seperti protein, kalsium, dan berbagai mikronutrisi yang lain. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini disambut antusias oleh masyarakat, terutama para ibu yang merasa terbantu dengan adanya pemeriksaan gratis dan pemberian snack sehat serta doorprize berupa makanan untuk bayi.

Kegiatan ini juga mendapat dukungan dari pemerintah desa dan puskesmas setempat.
Melalui program sosialisasi ini, mahasiswa KKN Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang berharap dapat memberikan dampak positif yang berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat Desa
