Purwakarta, Wartacana.com 05 Juli 2025 Mahasiswa Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang Mengadakan SEHATIN Guna meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya hidup sehat dan aktif, Kelompok KKN Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang (UNSIKA) Desa Pasawahan Kidul menginisiasi program SEHATIN (Senam Hari Ahad Rutin). Kegiatan ini merupakan bentuk kepedulian mahasiswa KKN terhadap kesehatan fisik warga, serta sebagai ajang mempererat kebersamaan antarwarga.
Program SEHATIN dilaksanakan setiap hari Minggu selama tiga pekan berturut-turut dan mendapat dukungan penuh dari perangkat desa serta partisipasi aktif masyarakat setempat. Kegiatan dimulai pukul 08.00 WIB, sebagai bentuk pengisian waktu akhir pekan yang bermanfaat.
Pada minggu pertama 05 Juli, senam pagi dilaksanakan di halaman Kantor Desa Pasawahan Kidul. Sementara itu, untuk minggu kedua 12 Juli dan ketiga 19 Juli, lokasi kegiatan dipindahkan ke halaman Mushola RT 9, Dusun 3. Perpindahan lokasi ini dilakukan untuk menjangkau lebih banyak warga di lingkungan berbeda, sehingga manfaat kegiatan dapat dirasakan secara merata.
Senam dipandu langsung oleh Bu Ema selaku instruktur senam yang berpengalaman, dengan gerakan-gerakan yang mudah diikuti oleh peserta dari berbagai usia. Kehadiran warga yang cukup ramai di setiap pelaksanaan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi serta kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya menjaga kebugaran tubuh.
Melalui program SEHATIN, Kelompok KKN UNSIKA berharap budaya hidup sehat dapat terus ditanamkan di tengah masyarakat Desa Pasawahan Kidul. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi rutinitas positif yang tetap berlangsung bahkan setelah masa KKN berakhir.
